Nana Dufu has over twenty years of Management and Information Technology working experience. His areas of specialization are process reengineering, business continuity management and systems design and analysis. He is currently the Managing Director at Qualtek Limited, a company providing Information Technology outsourcing services to Groupe Nduom entities and external Clients.
Prior to joining Qualtek Limited, he was recruited under the World Bank Support Program at the then Ministry of Public Sector Reform (Ghana) as a Service Delivery Consultant for 3 years. Key responsibility included the improvement of service quality of selected Ministries, Departments and Agencies (MDAs).
He was also the Enterprise Risk Services Director at Deloitte & Touche Consulting where he was the key person in the Information Technology Audit and Quality Assurance engagements at African Development Bank, [Paris and Tunis] and Ministry of Finance and Economic Planning, Delta State Nigeria. At Deloitte & Touche, he was also the Project Management Coordinator, having participated in the development of the Project Management tool in the U.S.A.
He played a key role in the redesign of key business processes and the implementation of ERP and Banking applications for clients including Ghana Telecom, Tema Oil Refinery, Agricultural Development Bank, CAL Merchant Bank, African Development Bank, Valco, Texaco [Nigeria, Cameron], Astra Paints, a subsidiary of Astra Corporation [Zimbabwe], City of Harare [Zimbabwe], National Social Security Authority [Zimbabwe], Kamsa Hospital [Guinea], Fan Milk PLC [Nigeria] and Anglogold Ashanti.
He holds an M.B.A. in Technology Management from Paris Graduate School of Management, France. He completed his bachelor degree in Computer Science at KNUST and was a Teaching Assistant. He is a Chartered Management Consultant and a Certified Information Systems Auditor U.S.A.
